Ingredients

  • Flatbread, naan, or pita
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Za'atar

Instructions

Heat grill, grill pan, or heavy skillet over medium heat.

Cook each pita, flipping once, until grill marks appear on each side.

Transfer to a serving plate, brush with olive oil and sprinkle generously with za'atar.
