Late summer watermelon makes the base for this refreshing yet spicy limeade that's the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and sour—a shot of tequila wouldn't be out of place here either.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, rind removed, cut into 2" pieces
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup cold water
For Serving
  • 1 lime, cut into 1/4" slices
  • Tajín or chili-lime seasoning*

Instructions

Make the Drink
In a blender combine watermelon, lime juice, honey, and water. Blend until well combined.

Prepare Serving Glasses
Pour a few tablespoons of tajín or chili-lime seasoning onto a plate. Rub a slice of lime around the rim of each serving glass and then dip into the seasoning.

Cheers!
Add ice to each glass and pour over watermelon limeade, garnish with lime, and serve.
