Chag Pesach kasher vesame’ach! A kosher and happy Passover to all our friends celebrating. We've rounded up recipes to enjoy over the next eight days that are perfect on their own or spread on matzah, the flat, crisp unleavened bread.

During the holiday observers avoid eating leavened or "puffed up" foods categorized as chametz (wheat, barley, rye, oats, and spelt) and kitniyot (legumes, beans, peas, rice, millet, corn, and seeds).
