Cook once, feast all week long.

It's all too easy to fall into a lunchtime rut. When we make our lunch ahead of time, we usually end up sick to death of the same old salad by the end of the week.

Taking inspiration from our absolutely favorite Middle Eastern meals, made up of tons of fresh vegetable dips, salads, and snacks, we set out to make the ultimate Mediteranean bento box using the reVessel Adventure Kit.

The results were a colorful, gluten-free kaleidoscope of flavors that kept us fueled up all week long.
