Three Ingredient Scottish Shortbread Cookies

This classic Scottish shortbread recipe comes from Anne Will Lamond, Fourpenny House owner Peter Soutowood's grandmother.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 5 Large Cookies
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups flour

Instructions

Cream the butter and sugar together, then mix in flour.

Roll into palm-sized balls and flatten, crimping the edges with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes.
