Ingredients

SERVINGS: 10 Pieces
Nut Sphere
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 8 whole, pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
Chocolate Sphere
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
Equipment
  • half-sphere silicone mold

Instructions

Make the Nut 1/2 Spheres

Pulse all "nut" ingredients in a food processor until combined, about two minutes.

Press mixture into cavities of a half-sphere silicone molds. Place in freezer and chill for at least two hours, or until firm. 

Make the Chocolate 1/2 Spheres

Melt cocolate cihps and almond butter in the microwave, stir to combine.

Pour melted chocolate mixture into half-sphere silicone molds. Place chilled nut spheres on top of chocolate spheres and return to freezer for at least two hours or until firm.

These spheres can be stored in the freezer for a few months, but we doubt they'll last that long!
