- 1 basket shishito peppers (about 6 ounces)
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seed oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shishito peppers and stiring occasionally until peppers slightly soften and are charred in places, about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season with salt to taste. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
