There’s No Such Thing as an Authentic Michelada
Everyone has their own way of making a michelada, and customization is what this beer-based cocktail is all about.
Run a halved lime around the rim of a pint glass and plunge the rim into a dish of salt or seasonings until the rim is encrusted.
Fill the rimmed glass halfway with ice. Add the lime juice and condiments and top with as much beer as the glass will hold.
Add more beer as you sip and make room.
