Phyllo Wrapped Feta with Honey & Sesame
Chef Olivia Hayo created this dish, inspired by her time in Exo Gonia, Greece, using local orange blossom honey and California feta.
On a medium plate, smooth yogurt across one half using the back of a spoon and pile arugula on the other half. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Break salmon apart into 1’’ pieces and arrange over the arugula. Top with capers and a few slices of lemon.
Serve as a quick lunch or as part of a brunch spread alongside a simple omelette.
