These condiments are so good and so easy, bottled versions will soon be a thing of the past. Best of all, they are all vegan or have vegan options.

We have gotten so caught up in the grab-buy-toss culture of packaged foods and ingredients that we have forgotten how easy it is to make a better quality, less expensive version of many kitchen staples at home. These condiments takes a little more time to make than simply opening a bottle, but what you lose in efficiency, you make up for in flavor, healthfulness, and sustainability. Grab your mason jars and stock your fridge with these delicious spreads and sauces.
