Earlier this week, we published Resilient Roots: Understanding Climate Challenges and Opportunities for Agriculture, and while we continue to rebound and rebuild from the first half of 2020, let’s persist with being more heavy-handed in our pursuit for knowledge on the topics that relate to the food we eat.

You can’t talk about resolutions for food justice, equity, or security without accounting for the climate. San Diego County was handed yet another blow in a court ruling last month that found the region's Climate Action Plan carbon offsets unlawful according to state regulations.
