Live Cooking Demonstration on the Little Italy Food Hall Patio
Presented by Single Fin Kitchen, guests can expect an introduction to Donburi along with a cocktail demo from our friends at You & Yours Distilling Co.! Did we mention Sam the Cooking Guy will be there as a special guest MC?
Guests can expect to learn:
1. How to make a healthy and easy meal using fresh fish and veggies.
2. The importance of sourcing fresh and sustainable fish.
3. The background of Donburi bowls, a traditional Japanese dish.
4. How to mix up quick and delicious cocktails on the fly.
The demonstration will take place on Thursday, September 27 on our outdoor patio starting at 6pm! We promise you will be entertained and leave with another recipe in your repertoire.
