Edible is Throwing a Party for the Local Food Community, and You're Invited
Farm to Fork San Diego, a week long dining event celebrating local food and drink in San Diego county, is kicking-off on January 13th. Join the Edible "shop talk" event to connect with farmers, chefs, artisans, and other people who just plain love our local scene.
Shop Talk Industry Night
Because we’ll do anything for a signature Starlite Mule and Chickpea Battered Greens, Edible’s second bi-annual Farm to Fork Week San Diego industry mixer is taking place at Starlite on January 15th. From 6pm to 8pm, enjoy light appetizers and drink specials on the Starlite back patio. Local food producers, growers, ranchers, fishermen, purveyors, servers, bartenders, makers, and those who simply have a passion for supporting a local and sustainable food system, are invited to come talk shop with us.
