Barbara Zaragoza

Barbara Zaragoza is a freelance writer and local historian who holds a Master’s degree in history from Harvard University.

She has written several books, including "San Ysidro and the Tijuana River Valley" and "Fronterizos: A History of the Spanish-speaking People of the South Bay, San Diego".
