Following a local, seasonal lifestyle is pretty easy here in San Diego. We have mild seasons that allow us to enjoy plentiful local produce all year long. But that doesn't mean we don't have seasons at all. To fully take advantage of our natural resources and the abundance of our land, it is important to plant and shop, according to our seasonal shifts. And what to do with all that bounty?
